Msinsi Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a young dynamic conservation management company, was formed by the Wilderness Foundation in 1992 and appointed by Umgeni Water as a means of preserving the biological importance of the estates surrounding some of its dams and waterworks. Conservation of the 90’s came to realise that people are the most important factor because of the demanding pressures put on the environment and its resources. In a unique environmental programme involving communities, a vital and delicate balance is being achieved between conservation imperatives and human needs. These strategies have been extremely successful, with the result that the reserves enjoy generally excellent relationships with their neighbours. Msinsi Holdings, at present, manages six of Umgeni Water’s Estates, which not only benefits the local communities through eco-tourism, but environmental education and recreational facilities as well. Msinsi Holdings offers to consult in all matters related to land and wildlife management ventures within Southern Africa. Our rates will be made available to prospective clients on request.

Inanda Dams
1. Accommodation - Children under 3 years of age - no charge. Children under 12 years of age half price.
2. Children under 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3. All prices include VAT.
4. All accommodation to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Accommodation can be taken up after 2pm on day of arrival.
5. Extended day use of accommodation is subject to a fee of 50% of the minimum daily rate, if available after 10am. 2 bed = R100 4 bed = R150, 6 Bed = R200 12 bed = R250 Vacate no later than 3:30pm
6. A key deposit of R200.00 will be required on arrival when taking up any accommodation. Only “CASH’ deposit accepted. This will be refunded after a successful check has been done on your accommodation at the time of departure to ensure all is in order. If there are damages, this will be used to recover the cost to replace / repair items.
7. All bookings are to be made directly with the appropriate Reserve & resort. In the event of being unable to reach any of the Reserves, please call 031-765 7724 for assistance.
8. 100% payment is required when making a booking in order to confirm your booking. (14 days prior to arrival)
9. If booking canceled prior to 14 days before date of arrival, a forfeiture of R150 will be levied.
10. If booking canceled within 14 days of date of arrival, 100% of amount paid will be forfeited.
11. No weapons are permitted in the Reserve / Resort.
12. No pets are permitted in the Reserve / Resort.
13. No motorbikes or 4-wheelers are permitted in the Reserve.
14. Visitors to abide by the rules and regulations of the Reserve & Resort.
15. Msinsi reserves the right of admission of the Reserves.
