Nagle Dam and Game Reserve dates back to glacial pavements, this developing wildlife reserve offers a sanctuary to a wide variety of antelope.

Luxury accommodation is available at the stately 12 bed Nagle Lodge and the exclusive 6 bed Msinsi Lodge, where you can choose to be pampered or left to enjoy the solitude.

Recreational Activities at Nagle
This Reserve offers a variety of birds for the birders, a wide range of antelope as well as zebra. As the dam is well stocked, fishing is a favourite pastime.

For those not intent on fishing, our picnic sites and braai facilities offer the perfect setting for a relaxing day out. The warm water hatchery offers very interesting tours, booking is essential.

Water Sports: All forms of wind and paddle driven craft are permitted on the dam and bass fishermen may use sneaker motors. Cruise peacefully around this picturesque dam and admire the majesty of some of the "Thousand Hills".

How to get to Nagle Dam and Game Reserve:

From the N3 Toll Road to PMB, take the Mpumalanga / Hammersdale / Inchanga offramp, turn right over the bridge. At the Caltex garage, turn right to the Abattoir. Take the next left turn saying Nagle Dam, go downhill for 20 km's to the Reserve gate.
